Our white fish comes from a number of Scottish ports however Scrabster is the main source for the North Atlantic and Pentland Firth landings. Our shellfish comes mainly from Mull and Kyle Of Lochalsh on the West Coast and the Shetland Isles to the North. As a consequence of daily sourcing and with bad weather and big seas on the West Coast dictating when the divers can go out, our menus change on a daily basis - We do therefore make the best use of both seasonal and market conditions and it guarantees that we provide the freshest available fish to Stuart Lynch and his team in the kitchen

The ingredients of our dishes vary on a daily basis so please advise us of any allergies that you may have
Fish contain bones – surprisingly! even fileted fish may contain the odd one too – please be careful
There may be a delay between courses – if you do need to be out of here by a certain time then please let us know
It is not advisable to consume strong spirits if eating oysters!
